For prepaid orders (bank transfer or mobile wallet), please share a screenshot or receipt of your payment so we can confirm it and ship your order quickly.

Cash on Delivery is available for most products, but not for custom jewellery or very high-value orders. In such cases, we may ask for a partial advance. If that applies, we’ll let you know during order confirmation.

All payments are made in Dirham (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We don’t charge any extra fees, but your bank or payment provider might, especially if you use an international card or wallet.
