If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for an exchange within 1 working day after receiving your order. Please make sure the item hasn’t been used or worn and is still in its original packaging. Our team will check the product before confirming the exchange.
Please remember, we don’t offer refunds. Items bought during a sale or with a discount code can’t be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Custom jewellery, like name pendants or engraved pieces, is made specially for you, so it can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a fault.
